3rd Doctor's Appointment!

Today was the big day of going to the doctor for the monthly check up..I get so anxious about each one! I got to hear the precious heartbeat..and I think anyone could have heard it.it was loud and clear!! I love that sound more than any sound in the world right now! The doctor is a little concerned b/c I've lost 2 pounds since my last appt...that puts me gaining 0 and losing 10..she is worried about my thyroid now since I haven't been sick in about 2 weeks..but still nasueated every morning. I did a blood test so hopefully we will know the results soon..she didn't seem overly concerned but a little..the next BIG appointment is June 18th..and Michael and I can't wait! My doctor said she is getting a boy vibe from me..but the heartbeat sounded like a girls..of course..just make me even more anxious. I'm just glad to know that Baby Murphy is active (she had trouble keeping up with him..her???) and a wonderful heartbeat..Only 34 days until we find out what Baby Murphy is!!

Amazing!

This painting was done by Tim Bertram, who is one of my earthly heros ;) As a teenager I got to be ministered to by Tim and his wife Sherry..they are amazing people! When it was time to get married, I knew exactly the preacher that I wanted to marry Michael and I..someone who's life and own marriage would minister to us throughout the years.I picked Tim..and it was so nice having him on that special day. Tim lives an amazing life, and continues to minister to teenagers(and my sister) at a church in Paducah and by painting. Today I got to watch him on Christian TV paint using just his hands..it was amazing..made me think..what gifts of my own am I not using to serve God? What else can I do with my life to witness to others? What are you doing to witness to others? Makes you think huh?

My brother Tyler, Sister Audrie, Sister Jena, and cousin John..

In a few weeks my brother, Tyler will graduate from high school. Tyler has been through so much in his life, but has always continued to put a smile on his face, and he will do whatever he can to help someone in need. I have been reminded many of times in life, when things weren't going the way they should, of Tyler and his life. Although I will not go into detail about it, I must say that God has always provided a way for him. I am so proud of him, and what he is going to do with his life. I wish that I could be there during these great events of prom and graduation, but God knows best and I just cherish the times that we do get together. I know that there will be lots of hard times, and plenty of "tests" coming his way, so I continue to pray the above 2 verses for him. This not only goes for him but also for my 2 sisters, Audrie and Jena.They will also come to a time in their life where they have to grow up. I am so proud to know that all three of them are sinners saved by grace..and that one day we will all be in Heaven together. I thank God for all 3 of them,and I'm very blessed to get to watch them grow up!!

Yeah for the 2nd Trimester!!

There is a contest for Kentuckiana's cutest pets calendar..I am thinking about entering Max's picture!! Jena took this picture of him on our way to Louisville one trip!! I think it's adorable!!

Wow it's hard to believe that 3 months have already passed by since we found out our great news!! Now the fun starts,in almost a month we will know if we are having a boy or girl!! I can't wait..we have a girl name picked out..but since I am for sure we are having a boy haha we are still debating on boy names..it's so hard!! But it's all in great fun! This month we have a very busy month! This weekend is Derby here in Louisville, and it's already getting crazy! Saturday night we are going to a derby party, and it's going to be great fun!! Did I mention I am so ready for Florida? This month is huge also because Michael and I will be celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary!! What a great month! Derby,Mothers Day,Anniversary,and Florida!
