Only 19 to go!

Wow! So today marks my 21st week of being pregnant! Time is flying by (thank goodness)!! I am so excited and anxious about this lil guy's arrival! Jack kicks all the time..we have decided that he is a future soccer player, the other night as Michael and I were reading in bed he finally got to feel him kick!! The biggest smile ran across his face..he was like "What is he doing?"..b/c he constantly kicks! Michael also likes to talk to him every night before going to bed..maybe he thinks he is going to respond? haha Our new apartment is Fantastic! I love living there! This week however our big screen TV went out..and I for one miss it terribly! Hopefully we can get it fixed! Our friends Thom and Lesley, talked us into getting DVR..it's the most amazing thing ever! I love being able to record live TV..ok I am making it sound like we are TV junkies..haha We are not, in fact we do alot of reading! I just got done reading like 15 Karen Kingsbury books..I love her books! http://www.karenkingsbury.com/ Check out her website, she is an amazing Christian author! Michael is reading Hard to Believe by John MacArthur..and he is very into that book right now! Our friends the Oedy's say it's a must read! This weekend my cousin John is coming to visit, he comes to visit usually every other month..he is 9..we are best buds for sure! We are planning a trip to Holiday World (the most amazing place ever)..so it will be a great weekend! That's enough for now! MM

BOY!!! I knew it all along!We are naming him Jack Thomas Murphy! He will be named after my grandfather (Jack) and my great-grandfather (Tom). Everything looked great and we will have healthy baby boy here the first week of November!! I will post some pictures as soon as I can..on a side note we are 100% sure it's a boy ;) I will post more but for now..that's as exciting as it gets!!

Of course for some reason Louisville people call him Mike..

How long have you been together?
We have been married for 3 years ;) But we've known each other all of our lives!


How long did you date?
Well we dated for a whole summer in 2003.didn't talk for a while and then on Halloween 2004 we went on our 2nd First Date ;) We got engaged in January 2005!

How old his he?
He will be 26 on Tuesday!!

Who eats more?
Def. him!! Even though I am the pregnant one..I am also very picky ;)

Who said I love you first?
I honestly don't remember..but if I had to take a guess probably him ;)

Who is taller?
Michael is..I am short.

Who can sing better?
HAHA Def. me!! Michael likes to sing in this "yelling" voice.


Who does the laundry?
Usually me, but Michael def will help out..he doesn't know how to fold though..


Who pays the bills?
Michael always pays the bills..its a good job for him to have ;)


Who sleeps in the right side?
I do! It's closer to the bathroom!

Who mows the lawn?
Well we don't have a lawn, but when we do I will, I love to mow!!

Who cooks dinner?
umm..usually me..but not lately..

Who drives?
Michael..I hate to drive.

Who is more stubborn?
That's a hard one..both of us to a certain degree.

Who kissed who first?
I kissed Michael first..it was a peck on the cheek ;)

Who asked who out first?
Michael asked me out..he hinted around and then finally did..

Who proposed?
Michael..he surprised me! I thought he was going to propose Valentines Weekend..but he jumped the gun! We ate at Patti's by the lake, and then he asked me down by the lake, I love the lake.

Who has more friends?
hmm..we both have "joint" friends..but probably me..

Who is more sensitive?
Def. me..Michael thinks I am to sensitive sometimes..but I don't think that is a bad quality.

Who has more siblings?
We have an equal amount..one brother and one sister a piece!

Who wears the pants?
Well..I think we more of a team together..Michael is good at things I am not..and vice versa. So we share our pants ;)

Back from the Beach!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Destin,Fl. It is so beautiful there!! While we were there they cleared the ocean one day b/c there was a shark! It was very close!! Michael and our uncle Rusty saw it,but I didn't get the chance! We also saw Dolphins almost everyday..it's just so amazing to see God's wonders..and I love watching the ocean! We are beyond exhausted..but it was fun!! A huge thanks to Grandmom and Grandad for taking all of us! It was so much fun!!
This week is a very busy week for us...we are moving to our new apt. and we have Vacation Bible School every night..I am teaching 2nd grade and I can't wait to see amazing things happen! Only 8 more days until we find out if this baby is a boy or girl!! So exciting..we have a girls name picked out..but we are struggling with a boys name!! It will def. be exciting to see..since Michael's side is all boys mostly and my side is mostly all girls!! I will post some pics from our trip at a later date!
