Zoo..Fair..Zoo ;)

This week has been so busy! But so fun ;) Jack and I are so blessed to live in a city filled with many fun things to do! Wednesday we went to the Zoo with the Oedys..we ended up going to the splash park..and Jack loved it! He didn't mind water in his face or anything..he just wanted to do everything Eli and Lana were doing!! So cute!! Thursday we went to the fair with my Mom & Step-Dad! Jack did great once again..he loved seeing the animals and just being with his grandparents! (Mom&Mike I had SOO much fun!) We shared many laughs and it was just a great time! This morning we actually went to the Zoo again with some great friends! I'm lucky my Mom and Diana took pictures of the events this week since I can't ;( What a fun week..tonight and tomorrow the Murphy's are planning on getting so major rest because next weekend we have MORE family coming!! Can't wait to see you, John & Matthew!!

TeN mOnThS

Ten Months...
I can't believe Jack is Ten Months Old!! It just amazes me how fast time goes! We both seriously fall more in love with him everyday! We just love being parents! I think the funniest thing is after Jack goes to bed at night..we both sneak in his room to peek in on him..at different times ;) haha..then we laugh at each other b/c we just can't get enough. The past few days Jack has had a rough time ;( Last night he woke up at 3am and I rocked him until about 7am..he just really wanted me to hold him! He is not spoiled ( a little, maybe ;) but he just hasn't felt good at all. And even though it was early and I got hardly any sleep, I seriously loved every minute of it! Here is what Jack is doing at Ten Months:
*pulling up on EVERYTHING *stands on his own for a second..then falls *eats table food *loves cars,and making car noises *likes to "run" on his knees *has 4 teeth in..and 4 more coming in *barely takes a sippy cup ;( *walking-holding on to the table *waves and points at people *smiles constantly *loves his winnie the pooh bear *loves being outside...

Future skeet shooter?

Last weekend Michael, Jack, and I went to watch my Uncle Mark compete in the Kentucky State Skeet Shoot . He did a great job..it was about 100 degrees or it felt like it, but we had a great day. About every 5 seconds a gun was going off..and Jack didn't care at all (looks like God blessed us once again..we have many hunters in the family)..Jack just loved being outside all day. He had about a 30 minute nap and he was good to go all day. Alisa, Mark,and Shelby thanks for coming up, it was so much fun!

Sadly enough this will be my last post for a while..we are 99% sure my camera is gone. Michael says a new camera is not in our budget ;( So, guess what I'll be getting for Christmas ;) I can't believe Jack will be 10 months old tomorrow..where has the time gone? He is such a joy, and we are so blessed. Enjoy the pics of our future skeet shooter ;)

Jack

The Murphy house has been busy busy busy..the past week! We had more family up over the weekend( pics from that coming soon) and we've been busy almost every night doing other things! These pics are of Jack doing random things..right now Jack is basically into everything! He is getting so fast at crawling..I'm also weaning him from the bottle over the next month! He is doing great so far drinking out of a sippy cup.let's just hope it continues! Enjoy!

August Visit

Today my Dad came by for a quick visit! He got released from everything today and will be able to go back to work on September 1st! What an amazing day! Dad & his good friend Carroll Walker came up today for his appointment. Jack was so happy to see Big Poppa (and so was I ;) After we got done eating, the Fern Creek Fire Fighters were fixing to go in and eat..but they showed us the fire truck before they went in. Jack loved the truck!!

Down on the Farm..

Last Friday Jack and I surprised the "Paducahians" and went in for a quick visit! It was soo fun, during the day we visited Jack's 2 Grandmas, 2 Grandpas, 3 Great-Grandmas, 3 Great-Grandpas, and 1 Great-Great Grandma ;) It was quite a busy day! We had some family in from Washington, and Arkansas as well so on Friday night we got to hang out with them at the big cookout! It was so much fun..Jack loves being on the farm! He's such a outdoor kinda boy! ;) Thanks to everyone for understanding taht we were there for a short trip but loving on us for the time we got to be there ;) Can't wait for the next trip!
