This is how our week as been spent..being sickly. Of course the prettiest, warmest week we've had in 4 months..and we are inside sick. But of course..it's okay. We will get over our sickness..and enjoy the weather when we can. Plus, Jack likes to cuddle when he's sick..We actually did get to the zoo on Tuesday, which was fun as always. Lots of people ask me..why do you go to the zoo so much? Doesn't it get boring? We go, because we can. It's paid for..it's outside..and we never see the same thing twice..the animals are always doing something different. This past week..we got to see the Baby Gorilla and the Mama Gorilla snuggling. For a mother..it was such a sweet moment. We also got to see the Baby Giraffe..adorable. I'm a sucker for small, cute baby animals. So, it never gets boring! Plus, when your stuck inside a small apartment all winter..with 2 wild boys (most days)..then a HUGE zoo to run around in..is perfect, they fit in well ;) And a great learning experience as well..our friend Lana is quite the zoo keeper..she can name almost all the animals..and know her way around the whole zoo ;) Thankful for spring..and all the fun things that come with it..even if it's sickness ;)
