It's hard to believe this picture was taken five years ago...

I'm so thankful to be married to my best friend.

I remember not being nervous on my wedding day, but so happy that I could bust.

I remember hugging my two best friends in the kitchen at church,

knowing that I was moving away from them.

I remember seeing Michael at the end of the aisle as I made my way down..

and thinking I was the luckiest girl on earth.

I remember taking a huge family photo of my family & Michael's

and thinking how blessed we both are.

I remember my Grandaddy Jack hugging me at the reception..

and telling me how proud he was of me.

I remember going to my Mom's house to leave my wedding dress before we left for Louisville,

laying it on the bed...and crying..not because I was truly sad...

but because I was about

to leave the only place I'd ever known..
